List of Ingredients
3 large or 4 small bananas
2 T butter or margarine
1/4 c light brownsugar
1 pt vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
2 T light rum
Recipe
Peel bananas (If using large, split lengthwise). Melt butter in large skillet over low heat. Add sugar and stir until melted. Add bananas and saute just until tender, turning once - about 10 minutes. In bowl, blend softened ice cream and rum. Remove bananas to serving dish and spoon brown sugar glaze over them. Serve with ice-cream sauce. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
