Jello Cake
1 small pkg jello
1 box white cake mix
1 envelope dream whip
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 Cups cold milk
1 tsp vanilla
Dissolve jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 Cup cold water and set aside.
Preheat oven as per cake directions.
mix and bake the cake in 13 x 9 pan. Cool cake for 30 min.
Poke holes in top of cake with the end of a wooden spoon, about 1 1/2 inches apart.
With a cup, slowly pour the jello mixture into the holes.
Refrigerate the cake and prepare the topping.
In a chilled bowl, blend the dream whip with the pudding milk and vanilla beat about 5 min until stiff.
Immediatly frost the cake.
Store the cake in the refrigerator and serve the cake chilled.
