Chicken Pot Pie
2 cups cooked cut-up chicken or turkey
16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 pie crusts
Mix all ingredients together (except for pie crusts). Place bottom pie crust into 9 inch pie plate. Pour mixture into shell. Place other pie crust over top. Poke several holes in top pie crust using a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
