Simple Yeast Rolls

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups lukewarn cater
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 cups flour
Instructions
- Mix water, salt, sugar, and yeast together in a separate mixing bowl. Let sit about 5 minutes. Add oil.
- Measure flour into larger mixing bowl. Add above liquid ingredients to the flour. Mix until bread dough forms.
- Put dough onto a floured surface and knead 3-4 times.
- Place dough into a greased bowl. Let rise until doubled in size; about 1 hour.
- Punch down dough in the bowl. Form along-round cylindrical-shaped dough. Pinch off and form/shape rolls. Place the rolls in a greased cake pan.
- Let rolls rise about 1/2 hour. Bake about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Enjoy warm from the oven!
