Blueberry Pancakes

List of Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Beat egg until fluffy.
- Beat in rest of ingredients- just until smooth.
- Grease and heat pan. Pour about 3 tablespoons batter on pan.
- Cook until puffed and brown around the edges.
- Flip over and cook other side until golden brown.
- Top with syrup, jelly or favorite fruit. Yum!
- Makes nine 4" pancakes.
