Chocolate Covered Cones

- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
- 2 sugar cones
Instructions
- Heat chocolate and shortening over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Spread evenly over the surface of the sugar cones, using a metal spatula.
- Invert cones on a sheet of foil or waxed paper and place in the refrigerator until the chocolate coating sets.
