    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1 cup flour
    • 4 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

    2. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in saucepan.

    3. Stir in flour all at once.

    4. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball(about 1 minute).

    5. Remove from heat.

    6. Beat in throughly 1 egg at a time. Beat until smooth and velvety.

    7. Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet.

    8. Bake ?

    9. Fill with your favorite pudding, whipped cream or cream puff filling. Yummy!!
