- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in saucepan.
- Stir in flour all at once.
- Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball(about 1 minute).
- Remove from heat.
- Beat in throughly 1 egg at a time. Beat until smooth and velvety.
- Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake ?
- Fill with your favorite pudding, whipped cream or cream puff filling. Yummy!!
