CARTON CREAM
WATER
BLACK PEPPERCORNS (OPTIONAL)
CAYENNE PEPPER FOR EXTRA SPICE IS DESIRED.Recipe
COOK STEAK PIECES IN FRYPAN UNTIL TENDER AND BROWN. TAKE OUT OF PAN AND PUT O A SEPARATE PLATE. ADD GREEN PEPERCORN SAUCE MIX INTO PAN AND ADD WATER USING ENOUGH TO MIX TO A PASTE THEN THIN IT OUT WITH A LITTLE EXTRA WATER. SIMMER A MINUTE OR TWO THEN ADD SOME CREAM TO MIX. ( A SMALL CARTON SHOULD BE PLENTIFUL). STIR TIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY THEN ADD A FEW BLACK PEPPERCORNS IF OPTION DESIRED AS WELL AS CAYENNE. PLACE THE PIECES OF STEAK BACK IN THE PAN, STIRRING AND LET SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES TO LET THE FLAVOUR PERMEATE THE STEAK. SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH A CHOICE OF VEGETABLES.
