    Creamy Crock Pot Potatoes

    2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
    2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    1 can cream of potato, undiluted
    1 envelope buttermilk ranch mix

    Recipe



    Place potatoes in bottom of crock pot. Beat cheese, soup & ranch. Stir into potatoes. Cover & cook on low for 8 hours.
