Fried Bananas with Bacon or Sausage
List of Ingredients
Remove the skin of the bananas, cut in halves crosswise and then lengthwise. Roll the pieces in flour or cornmeal. Let cook in the hot bacon or sausage drippings until delicately browned on one side; then turn and brown the other side. Serve around the bacon or sausage.
Yield: 1 banana per serving
