    Baptist Pound Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup shortening
    1 stick margarine
    3 cups sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 cups flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 cup milk





    Recipe

    Mix preceding ingredients together Pour into greased tube pan Bake at 350° for 1 hour [note can use butter in place of margrine and butter flavored Crisco]
