    Midnight Bliss Cake

    1 package (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix
    1 package (4 serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
    2 tablespoons instant coffee
    1 container sour cream (8 oz)
    4 large eggs
    1/2 cup oil
    1/2 cup cold brewed strong coffee
    1 package semisweet chocolate chips (12 oz)
    Powdered sugar for sprinkling over the cake (opt)

    Heat the oven to 350. Lightly butter and flour a 12 cup fluted tube pan or a
    10" bundt pan. Beat all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a
    large bowl with an electric mixer set on low speed just until moistened.
    Scrape the side of the bowl often. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes or
    until ell blended. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the
    prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the
    center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack. Loosen
    the cake from the sides of the pan with a spatula or a knife. Gently invert
    the cake onto the rack. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if
    desired. Cut into slices to serve.
    Makes 12 servings.
