3 cups uncooked minute rice
2 boxes chopped frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 large jar cheese whiz
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 stick butter or margarine
Recipe
Sauté onions and celery in butter until tender. Mix remaining ingredients and add
onions and celery. Sprinkle paprika and pamesan cheese on top. Bake in 13 x 9
casserole on 350 for 45 minutes.
