    Beefy Noodle Casserole

    1 lb ground beef
    1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked as directed
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 beef boullion cube
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup beef broth

    Brown beef, onion and garlic; drain. Add bouillon, broth and gravy; mix.
    Simmer until gravy thickens, add spices, mushrooms and noodles. Mix well and
    serve.
