Broccoli, Cheese and Rice Casserole

Broccoli, Cheese and Rice Casserole
1 stick butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
1 large jar Cheese Whiz
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
4 cups cooked Minute Rice
Melt butter and then sauté onion over medium heat until tender. Add frozen broccoli and sauté, once thawed and broken apart. Add Cheese Whiz and soup. Cook until well blended. Mix cooked rice and cheese mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
