    Califlower Cassarole

    List of Ingredients




    You simply blanche a head of califlower. Cool.
    In a pan mix 2 cloves of garlic and butter until light brown. Mix in milk, likeyou would do a fondue. Add Brie cheese cut up. The mixture will be soupy. Pour on top of the veggies and top with butter and bread crumbs. Oh, for extra flair, add 4 t. white wine to the mixture of cheeses also. You can grate fresh cheese on them as well. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes until brown and bubbly
