    List of Ingredients




    ITALIAN SAUSAGE/EGG BRUNCH CASSEROLE

    1 lb. Italian sausage, crumbled and browned (drain
    & cool)

    Combine:
    4 eggs, beaten
    6 slices bread, torn into chunks
    8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
    Salt & pepper, to taste
    2 C. milk
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)

    Add sausage to mixture and pour into a greased 3 qt. Pyrex baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. May be made the night before and refrigerated
    until baking time. Serves 6 to 8. Note: Serve with assorted fresh fruit
    and muffins of your choice for a tasty, easy on the hostess brunch.
