1 can red kidney beans -- undrained (15 1/2

2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cumin
Grated cheese -- optional
Chopped onion -- optional
Recipe
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and onion if desired. Serves 4.
