    Use to boost the flavor of pasta, beef and cooked vegetables

    2 branches rosemary
    2 cups extra-virgin olive oil

    Rinse the rosemary and blot them dry. Place them in a tall glass bottle. Pour on the olive oil and set aside for 1 week in a cool place before using to allow the flavors to mature.
