Pot Roast with Sauerkraut
1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
1 boneless beef roast or sirloin, approximately 3 lb.
1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can or bag sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and squeezed
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 pkg. gravy mix
Place all ingredients in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low 9 to 11
hours.
