26 oz. box Morton salt
one 1 1/2 oz. box black pepper
2 T. cayenne pepper
2 T. garlic powder
1 oz. bottle chili powder
1 oz. carton Accent
2 T. ground thyme
2 T. crumbled bay leaf
2 T. basil


Recipe



Combine all ingredients well. Sprinkle over
seafood. Makes nice holiday gifts when
poured into small ornamental shakers.


Great for Gifts and for the oh crap they don't have any at the store moments. Also great for those places that don't sell Old Bay when the recipe calls for it.
