Calypso Cobbler
List of Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 cup apricot nectar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
4 scoops orange sherbert
1 tsp vanilla
4 vanilla ice cream
toasted coconut
Orange slice, halved
Recipe
In blender, place milk, apricot nectar, pineapple juice, sherbert, and vanilla; blend until combined. Add ice cream; blend until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses; top with coconut and orange slice.
