    Sour Cream Banana Pudding

    List of Ingredients




    Sour Cream Banana Pudding

    1 cup sugar
    one large egg
    1 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans or walnuts)
    1 small (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
    1 cup milk
    1 cup sour cream
    3-4 bananas, cut into slices
    whipped cream (as much as you like; I usually
    whip a cup of heavy cream)

    Make crust: Mix sugar, egg and nuts in a medium bowl. Spread thinly
    on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Let cool,
    then break apart like cornflakes. Make pudding: Mix vanilla instant
    pudding, milk and sour cream with mixer until thick. Place the banana
    slices in the bottom of a large serving bowl. Spread the pudding
    mixture over the bananas, and sprinkle the crust on top of the
    pudding. Spread whipped cream over the top and refrigerate until
    ready to serve.
