Strawberry Burst / mint chocolate dip

List of Ingredients




Clean 50 Strawberries & leave the stems on
Cut cantalope in 1/2
put 1/2 cantalope face down, round side up on large platter
Stick 50 long skewers in cantalope.
Place Strawberries on end of skewers
Stick small flags at base of Cantalope.
Arrange decorated sugar cookies in Red, White & Blue around cantalope.
Have Chocolate Mint Dipping Sauce in bowl beside Display.
This is very attractive and very good.
Hope you enjoy for the 4th or any other time.
Change decorations on bottom for other holidays

I just heat Hersheys Syrup (Probably 2 cups) and stir in Creme De Menthe Flat Choc. Candies (10). Sorry I can't remember the actual name of the candy. I imagine any mint candy would do nicely. The Peppermint Pattie candy would probably be ok. Hope you enjoy this!!!
