    Diabetic Applesauce Cake
    1 cup butter
    1 cup chopped pecans
    2 cups flour
    teaspoon cinnamon
    1 tablespoon Sucaryl
    teaspoon cloves
    2 teaspoons soda
    1 egg
    1 cup raisins
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup diabetic applesauce

    Cream butter, add eggs, Sucaryl and vanilla, which has been beaten together. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add applesauce and beat with electric mixer at medium speed for several minutes. Pour into buttered loaf pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
