    FALAFEL BURGER

    Yield: 4 patties ( 1 Serving = 1 Patty)
    Source: "Gourmet Inspirations"

    INGREDIENTS:
    - 3 ounces falafel mix (1/2 package)
    - 2/3 cup water
    - 1/2 pound ground turkey breast
    - 1 egg white

    DIRECTIONS:
    1. In large bowl, combine falafel mix and 2/3 cup water.
    2. Add turkey and egg white, mixing well with fork. If mixture is too dry, add
    more
    water to make it workable.
    3. Form mixture into 4 patties. Fry in skillet in 1 teaspoon oil. Brown well on
    each
    side before turning.

    - Note: This burger works better in a skillet than on a barbecue grill. If you
    grill these
    do so on a small metal cookie sheet or foil so that meat will not fall between
    the
    grill wires.
