    List of Ingredients




    6 small rolls
    6 eggs
    6 cheese singles
    4 ounces ham, cubed
    2 tablespoons milk
    4 tablespoons butter
    salt

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven at 350°. Slice the top of the rolls open and remove all the soft bread. Spread the inside of the roll with butter. Place 1 crumbled cheese slice on the bottom of each roll. In a food processor, mix the ham and the milk. Blend well until it reaches a creamy consistency. Pour inside a pastry bag. Squeeze around the opening of the roll. Break an egg and place in the hole of the roll, right on top of the cheese. Season lightly with salt and put in the oven and cook for 15 minutes. Remove and place on a serving platter. Garnish with the leftover ham. Serves 6
