Creamed Apples
8 apples
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup cream
Peel and quarter apples into kettle and add sugar and margarine. Put lid on and cook until half done. Add mixture of cornstarch, water and cream. Bake in oven until thickened at 275 degrees.
