Not Mrs. Fronk's Broiled Bananas
List of Ingredients
Remove the skin and scrape the bananas, cut in halves crosswise, then in halves lengthwise. Dip the bananas in melted (margarine) fat, then in sifted bread crumbs. Rub the wires of the broiler with fat; set the bananas in place, and let broil first on one side and then on the other over rather low heat. Serve with bacon, chops, steak or fried cereal.
Yield: 1 Banana per serving
