Put in the blender: Strawberries (obviously take the stems off) about a pint.

1 large tub (I think it is a quart) of sour cream

1 1/2 cups of sugar maybe a bit more.

Blend on liquify. [hey don't knock it use to be hand whip] Pour into a container and freeze. My mom used to use the old fashioned metal ice cube trays to do this.

You can also use rasberries, and blueberries. However, nothing better than strawberry.
