Fluffy Marshmellow Frosting
List of Ingredients
Boil 2 cups granulated sugar and 1/2 cup hot water until it spins a thread or reaches 238F by thermometer. Pour slowly in a fine stream on the stiff beaten whites of 4 eggs, beating constantly. when cool and almost ready to spread beat in 1/2 pounds of fresh marshmellows cut in small peices and add 1 tsp vanilla. [3/4 of a square of chocolate [melted] may be beaten in after adding the hot syrup to the eggs]Recipe
