    5 lbs. grapes, boiled and strained
    2 lbs. sugar
    1 pt. vinegar
    1 Tbs. ground cloves
    1 Tbs. cinnamon
    1 Tbs. black pepper
    1 Tbs. allspice
    1/2 Tbs. salt

    Boil till thick enough
