Pannukakku
List of Ingredients
I have a recipe I wish to share, I don't know where it came from, maybe
someone out there knows. It was written in my grandmother's hand she
was born in 1895 and it said from mom.
4T butter or margarine
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 to 1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 425. melt butter in heavy skillet; set aside. Beat
eggs until light; ass other ingred. Pour mixture over butter. Arrange
1 apple, thinly sliced on top. Sprinkle with cinnaman sugar. Bake at
425 for 25-30 minutes until brown and puffy. Serve with hot cinaman
honey.
