    Russian Tea Cakes

    Russian Tea Cakes

    1/2 pound butter
    4 Tablespoons powdered sugar
    2 1/2 cups flour
    2 Tablespoons water
    1/2 cup chopped pecans (walnuts are ok too)


    Recipe



    Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Add flour, water and
    pecans, mix well. Roll in balls and bake for 1 hour at 275 degrees.
    Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar. I roll them in the
    powdered sugar a second time however the recipe does not call for it.
    Also I always double this recipe because they don't last long.
