    Banana Cocoa Tofu Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients




    Banana Cocoa Tofu Ice Cream
    1 container Mori or silken tofu (firm)
    4 ripe bananas frozen
    ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    ¼ cup maple syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    ½ teaspoon nutmeg

    In a food processor, add banana and maple syrup. Blend until banana is smooth. Add tofu, cocoa, vanilla and nutmeg. Whip until the mixture is smooth, but keep the mixture thick. Remove from the blender, scoop into individual bowls and garnish with toasted coconut flakes and sliced almonds.

    Store in the freezer.
