    Easy Ice Cream with Oreos

    List of Ingredients




    3 Egg yolks
    14 oz Eagle Brand sweetened
    -condensed milk
    4 ts Vanilla extract
    1 c Coarsely crushed Oreo's
    2 c Whipping cream, whipped
    (not whipped topping)

    In large bowl beat egg yolks. Stir in Eagle Brand and vanilla. Fold in
    cookies and whipped cream. Pour into an aluminum foil lined 9x5 inch loaf
    pan or other 2 quart container. Cover, freeze 6 hours, or until firm.
    Scoop ice cream from pan or peel off foil and slice. Cover with foil.
