    Justin's Lotus Ice Cream [coffee almond]

    List of Ingredients




    as served in the famous Justin's Restaurant in Atlanta

    4 quarts coffee cream
    2 c. almonds - chopped, toasted and cooled
    6 c. plus 7 Tbs. sugar
    10 lemon rinds, grated
    2 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract

    Mix ingredients and place in canister of ice cream maker. Follow instructions of machine's manufacturer to process until firm.

    Recipe may be halved.
