Lemon Lime Ice Cream

LEMON-LIME ICE CREAM

2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup half and half cream
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. lime juice
green coloring if desired

Beat eggs, gradually add sugar, beating constantly.
Add corn syrup, milk, cream, lemon & lime rinds
and juices. Tint pale green. Pour into a freezer
tray. Freeze to mush, place in a chilled bowl and
beat until smooth. Return to tray and freeze until
firm.
