    Mint Carob Chip Tofu Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients




    6 C. soymilk
    1 C. tofu
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. mint
    1/4 tsp. green coloring
    1 C. carob chips
    1 1/3 C. sugar

    Directions
    Mix all ingredients except carob chips in blender. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze. Mix in carob chips and serve.
