Papa's Easy Ice Cream
"My grandfather makes this ice cream, and it is yummy! No need to cook and cool and no worry about raw eggs. Yummy! Respectfully submitted by Audra Martin," age 14, Navarro County EC.

1 large package instant vanilla pudding
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 gallon milk

Mix first three ingredients with about half the milk using an electric mixer. Stir in enough of the remaining milk to fill ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. For variety: add one cup sweetened and chopped strawberries and one small strawberry Jell-O or use peaches with peach Jell-O.
