    Can of condensed milk [sweetened]

    Mix the two together until you get ice cream consistancy.
    Taste. if you feel you really need vanilla add it...

    BTW do NOT use Yellow Snow. It is NOT lemon flavored. DO NOT set bowl to catch snow any where near the bird feeders.
