    Raspberry Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients




    4 pkgs. raspberries (or strawberries)
    4 cups sugar
    2 quarts half & half
    1 quart milk
    2 tbsp. real lemon juice
    1 small pkg. sour cream

    Mix sugar, juice of lemons and raspberries. Add
    sour cream and mix out lumps. Add cream and milk
    enough for 6 qts.
    Freeze in ice cream freezer until firm.
