    Strawberry Tofuti

    Ingredients:

    1 pkg tofu, soft
    1 cup sugar, brown
    1 pkg strawberries, frozen
    Directions:

    Defrost the Strawberries and add the cup of brown sugar.

    Cream the tofu and add to the strawberries

    Place mix into an ice cream machine and blend until frozen.

    Serves: 6

    Preparation time: 1 hour
