    Tofu Delight

    Ingredients:

    1 package soft tofu
    1-2 bananas
    2-3 tbsp orange or pineapple juice concentrate
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1 bag frozen strawberries
    Directions:

    Blend until smooth. Serve in sherbet glasses.

    This recipe has a real tangy zip to it.

    Preparation time: 10 minutes.
