Grape Jelly [prize winning]
List of Ingredients
Grape Jelly
5 cups grape juice
7 cups sugar (measure into separate bowl)
1 box Sure-jell
Stir Sure-jell into grape juice plus 1/2 teaspoon butter. Bring mixture to a boil stirring constantly. Add sugar (all at once) and bring to rolling boil and boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim off foam. Fill to within 1/2 inch of the top of jars, seal quickly. Turn upside down for 5 minutes. Have jars and lids hot, but dry before using.
