Peach Orange Marmalade
List of Ingredients
12 medium peaches
3 medium oranges
Sugar (see below)
Wash and peel peaches. Wash oranges and remove peel from 1 of the oranges, discarding the peel. Grind the peeled and unpeeled oranges and the peaches. Measure the fruit. There should be about 6 cups. Add an equal amount of sugar. Place in an 8-quart kettle sprayed with Pam. Bring to a boil. Boil rapidly 25 to 30 minutes stirring often. When thick, pour into sterilized jars to with 1/2 inch of head space. Put on cap, screw band firmly tight. Process in boiling water bath in canner for 10 minutes. Makes approximately 3 8-ounce jars.
