    List of Ingredients


    • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 2 tbs sugar
    • 1 tbs milk
    • 3 oz peach gelatin
    • 1 cup boiling water
    • 2 cups ice cubes
    • 1 cup diced peeled fresh peaches
    • 1/4 cup raspberry jam or preserves


    Instructions


    1. Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk in bowl. Blend well. Set aside.
    2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir gently until gelatin begins to thicken [3 to 5 minutes] Remove unmelted ice. Fold in peaches. Spoon half of fruited gelatin in 6 parfait glasses.
    3. Carefully spoon cheese mix into glass over gelatin. Add layer of preserves. Top with remaining gelatin mix. Chill until set [approx 2 hours]. Garnish with whipped topping and fruit [opt].
