    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package [3 oz] gelatin, any flavor
    • 1 cup boiling water
    • 1 bottle [7 oz] ginger ale or lemon lime carbonated beverage, chilled
    • Diced or sliced drained canned or fresh fruit


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ginger ale [etc] and chill until thickened. Add fruit and pour into serving bowl or individual dessert dishes.
    2. Chill until set about 1 hour. Garnish with some whipped cream and fruit if desired.
    3. makes about 2 1/2 cups or five servings
    4. suggestions:
    5. Raspberry gelatin with sliced peaches
    6. lime gelatin with pear halves, sliced

    7. Cherry gelatin with bananas sliced
    8. Orange with crushed pineapple [juice]
    9. Lemon with madarin oranges
