List of Ingredients
- 3 oz gelatin, any flavor
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold then:
- Gelatin Parfait
Chill gelatin until set. Layer with whip cream. [Or ambrosia dessert Phil's favorite and much more interesting]. Garnish with fresh or canned fruit. Serves about 5
- Fruited:
Arrange drained fruit in sherbert glass. Pour gelatin mix over fruit and chill until firm. Garnish with topping Serves 4
- Clear and whipped.
Chill gelatin mix until slightly thick. Measure 1 1/2 cups and set aside. Whip remaining gelatin with a rotary beater or electric mixer until fluffy and thick. Sppon clear and whipped gelatin alternately into dessert glass. Chill until set. Garnish with fruit or whipped cream. Makes 4.
