Mom's recipe gained by watching:
All I know is you put a few T. of white salad dressing (not mayo) in
a small bowl; add a couple T. sugar and maybe 3 T. vinegar; stir together
till smooth then add a little milk to thicken and make smooth.

These quantities are by no means accurate -- just a guess. You just have to
go by what you "feel".
